Participants will build capacity to effectively analyze data, develop strategies and evaluate impact. The criticality of motivation, EQ and SQ will be examined.
Executive Communication & Cultural Competence
This workshop is focused on the techniques, tools and methods needed for effective communication, especially across lines of difference. Participants will develop executive fluency, generative listening skills and influence strategies for professional and organizational growth.
